Brunswick River Nature Tour

Take it down a notch and join us on one of the most beautiful river systems in New South Wales. We run this tour on the high tide, when the water is crystal clean and calm.
Kayak along peaceful water where the only interruption is the local sea birds and wildlife calling out as you cruise by. Breathe in the clean salty air and paddle past the sand dunes that separate the river from the beach.
Your guides are local nature lovers and qualified ocean lifeguards. They point out what lives along the river as you go. We stop on the bank to look at the marine life and take a swim, then wind up the tour and head back to the real world.
This is a leisurely tour. Children 3 years and over are welcome. We run it at different times each day so we can pick the tide and go when the water is at its clearest.

- Light clothes that can get wet, like swimwear
- Hat and sunglasses
- A water bottle
- A towel and clothes to change into afterwards
Good to know
- Non swimmers are welcome if they are physically fit. A good level of fitness is needed.
- No experience necessary. We teach you the basics before you start.
- If the weather means we postpone, you can reschedule or take a refund when you booked directly with us.
- We meet at the Brunswick Heads Scout Hall on South Beach Road, on the river side of the hall.
